The Zombie Horse Spawn Mod introduces a new spawning mechanic to Minecraft that allows zombie horses to spawn naturally with a zombie rider.

Configurable Options:
The Mod offers a range of configurable options, The Config file can be found in the config folder of your Minecraft instance under the name zombiehorsespawn.json5. You can control the frequency of zombie horse spawns, whether they burn in daylight or exclusively spawn on the surface. Here are the different options and how to configure them:
ChanceSurfaceZombieHasHorse
This configuration option determines the probability of a zombie spawning with a horse when it generates on the surface. The default value is 0.05, but you can adjust it between 0 and 1.0 to increase or decrease the spawn rate.
ShouldBurnZombieHorsesInDaylight
Enable or disable whether zombie horses should burn under direct sunlight. The default setting is true, but you can toggle it to false if you prefer zombie horses to be immune to sunlight damage.
OnlySpawnZombieHorsesOnSurface
This option restricts zombie horse spawns exclusively to the surface world. The default setting is true, but you can change it to false to allow zombie horses to spawn in other dimensions, such as the Nether or the End.
