Trep’s Cars Mod is a mod that adds cars to the game. You can craft cars from a variety of components, including car body, wheels, and paint colors. The mod also includes a drifting mechanic, allowing you to perform sick maneuvers on the track.
Crafting Cars:
Crafting cars in Trep’s Cars Mod is simple. First, you need to build a Car Crafting Table. This can be done with four wooden planks and a crafting table. Once you have a Car Crafting Table, you can start crafting car components.
To craft a car body, you will first need steel ingots to get them you use raw iron, blaze powder, and charcoal to craft raw steel which can be later smelted for steel ingots.
The car body also needs wheels, crafted with one steel ingot and 4 black wool.
To craft a paint can, you need a can and a type of dye.
Once you have all of the necessary components, you can start crafting your car. To do this, open the Car Crafting Table and place the car body and the paint can in the correct slots. This will give you a key with details about the car.
There are also other car types that are cheaper to craft.
Driving and Drifting:
After crafting the car key, just place it by left-clicking you also you can pick it up with Wrench (Shift + right Click)
Now click on your car to get in. To drive, just press the W key to move forward and the S key to move backward. You can use the A and D keys to turn.
To drift, hold down R (the Default key, can be changed) and then turn the wheel in the direction you want to drift.
Car Health:
Cars in Trep’s Cars Mod have health. Cars can take damage from fire, drowning, and fall damage. If a car’s health reaches zero, it will be destroyed.
