The Duckling Mod is a simple but charming mod that adds ducks to Minecraft, They are cute and they blend well with there surroundings.
Ducks:
White ducks and mallards spawn in river biomes. They are passive mobs that will flee from players and other predators. Ducks can be bred using bread, and they will drop feathers and raw Duck meat when killed.
Ducks and mallards can mate to produce ducklings. To do this, simply feed two ducks bread near each other.
You can speed up the ducklings growth by feeding them bread.
Quacklings:
Quacklings are a special type of duck that can be found wandering around swamps. They are neutral mobs that will not attack players, but they will flee if they are hit. Quacklings can be traded for holiday fruit cake, a sweet treat they love and they are inspired by Otori Sama from the movie “My Neighbor Totoro”.
Holiday Fruit Cake:
Holiday fruit cake is a new food item that is added by the Duckling Mod. It is made with wheat, sugar, eggs, and Sweet Berries. Holiday fruit cake can also be obtained by trading with Quacklings.
