Different Styles:

The challenges and encounters within these castles can differ significantly depending on your config. For instance, the “knight” version populates the castles with knights guarding their domain. In contrast, the “villager” version transforms the castles into communities with villagers and iron golems inhabiting the place and for those seeking a more desolate exploration, the “empty” version presents an opportunity to explore the castles without interference from wandering mobs.

Mobs:

Flying Castles Mod introduces an array of inhabitants, each with their own behaviors and attributes:

Knights: Equipped with iron armor and swords, these knights are quick to defend their castle. Approach with caution, since they are hostile by default.

Archers: Watch out for bow-wielding archers who will shoot you down upon spotting you.

Heavy Knights: Clad in gold armor, these knights possess the ability to boost their attack even after getting injured.

Nobles: Keep an eye out for nobles who, upon killing, may drop valuable items including the Blaze Rod or the enigmatic Nobles Amulet. Hold this amulet, and you may find yourself in the midst of unique trade opportunities.

Peasants: Though timid in nature, peasants can be valuable trading partners, offering different working stations as a trade.

Trading:

The noble’s amulet is your key to interacting with the floating castle mobs. With this accessory, knights won’t attack, enabling trade with both peasants and nobles. As an added bonus, it also affects the knights from the Knights Mod.
